At Olisus Beauty Home, we are committed to providing you with exceptional beauty and wellness experiences tailored to your needs. We understand that life can sometimes lead to unexpected changes in plans. To ensure the highest level of service for all our valued clients, we have established the following appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Cancellation Policy:

We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Rescheduling Policy:

Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to assist you in finding a new, suitable time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show, where you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Late Arrival:

We highly value ours and your time and strive to maintain a punctual schedule for all our clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing clients scheduled after you. The full-service fee will still apply. We also reserve the right to call off your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late and charge you the full fee of the scheduled service.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur. If you’re facing such circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation while still ensuring fairness to other clients and our team members.
